Omni Analytics Group in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise (EMEA) to lead a high-growth sales team and drive predictable revenue across 501-5,000 employee clients.

You will combine elite sales execution with coaching and scaling operations, bringing deep expertise in the data ecosystem and the ability to build scalable sales processes across the EMEA region.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading enterprise teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS; experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms preferred.
• Comfort working in fast-paced Series A–D environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise new business and expansion targets with forecasting and pipeline health.
• Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to close.
• Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
