Paycom Software Inc. is recruiting a Sales Representative for the Irish market to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business. You will engage with senior stakeholders, demonstrate Paycom's HCM and payroll solutions, and drive growth across Ireland.

This role offers a competitive base and uncapped commissions, with up to 50% travel ranging across Ireland and Europe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and expand

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HCM or payroll tech.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead growth in the Irish market by identifying, prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and market engagement.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution and closing.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders to understand objectives and workforce challenges.
• Demonstrate Paycom's HCM and payroll solutions and articulate their value.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Implementation and Client Success teams.
• Travel up to 50% to meet prospects and attend events; travel to the US for training.
