Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand digital payment solutions across European and international markets. You will build strategic relationships with merchants, PSPs, fintechs, Web3 projects, and ecosystem partners, managing the full BD cycle from market research to partnership activation.

You will work with product, payments, compliance, and marketing teams to scale crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto use cases, leveraging local market insights and community

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of KOL and VIP ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of local Irish market and business development landscape.
• Experience with digital asset platforms and payment solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with ecosystem participants.
• Familiarity with OSOP environment and Campaign 2.0 campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable in fast-moving, international settings.
• Fluency in Chinese may be relevant during application.

Responsibilities

• Support expansion of payment products across global markets, building and managing the full business development pipeline.
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with merchants, payment service providers, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
• Manage the full business development cycle, including market mapping, lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and partnership execution.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Operations, and Marketing to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Support cross-border payment initiatives, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations.
• Gather market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive insights to inform product improvements and commercial strategy.
• Build relationships within local communities and the broader digital asset ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnership activities.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives using relevant internal campaign tools.
