Job summary

State Street Ireland is seeking an ETF Servicing Officer to join our ETF Servicing Team. You will produce and coordinate primary market order confirmations for ETFs and support settlement with local and international depositories.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, handling client queries, and risk awareness, with a commitment to ongoing development. In-office presence required, four days a week.

Qualifications

• Primary Degree or professional/accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Financial or business background.
• Knowledge of ETF funds.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate the creation, review and release of order confirmations for ETF primary market activity.
• Instruct, review and monitor settlement for all ETF orders.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting.
• Investigate and resolve internal queries.
• Manage client queries to ensure high-quality service.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and address processing risks.
• Review processes for efficiency improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team projects.
