Job summary

State Street in Ireland is seeking a Senior Associate to support ETF fund accounting and NAV production. You will contribute to accurate reporting, partner with global teams, and oversee reviews to maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes technical fund accounting, collaboration across Custody, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Client Service and Technology, and the onboarding of new funds with a strong control mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in fund accounting, investment operations, administration, financial services or a comparable environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned ETF portfolios to meet deadlines from North American offices.
• Resolve challenging accounting and operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Custody, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Client Service and Technology teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Associate I and II team members.
• Support onboarding of new funds and changes to existing funds.
• Conduct reviews and provide oversight for fund accuracy and service quality.
• Participate in client service reviews and operational discussions.
• Identify operational risks and drive remediation activities.
