Job summary

State Street in Kilkenny is seeking an ETF servicing Associate 2 to join the ETF Servicing Team in Ireland. You will be responsible for the creation, review, and release of order confirmations for primary market activity across ETFs and will manage settlement and related reporting.

You will build client relationships, identify processing risks, and pursue continuous improvement. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration within a control-focused environment.

• Primary degree or professional/accounting qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Confirm production for primary market orders received on ETFs.
• Instruct and monitor settlement for ETF orders.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting.
• Investigate and resolve internal queries.
• Manage client queries to ensure high service levels.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Identify risks in processing and address them.
• Review processes for efficiency improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through the PPR process.
