Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Ireland to join the Depositary Oversight team. You will focus on preparing, overseeing and reviewing client reports, ensuring high quality outputs and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing CPT letters and financial statements, and supporting team members to meet deadlines. A hybrid work model applies with four days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills are required.
• Understanding of the regulatory framework for funds (UCITS, Non-UCITS, AIFMD) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, oversee, and review client reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports.
• Complete reviews such as CPT letters and financial statement reviews, per procedures and regulations.
• Deliver client reporting to a high standard within targets.
• Liaise with clients, company secretaries and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strong service.
• Support supervision of team members in reviewing funds for compliance with investment restrictions.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to the team.
