Job summary

SureLogik seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the IT team. You will support core business applications, ERP systems, and integrations, investigating incidents across applications, APIs, databases, and downstream systems.

You will use SQL, Postman, logs, and ITSM platforms to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors on fixes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications, ERP systems, and integrations across live environments.
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Hands-on testing of REST and SOAP APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents across applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and downstream systems.
• Use SQL, logs and ITSM to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs and monitor live production incidents and performance.
• Monitor B2B integrations, web services, and data pipelines for issues.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, IT teams and vendors to implement fixes.
• Document root cause analyses, workarounds, and SOPs for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain data governance and GDPR standards when handling production data.
• Provide occasional off‑hours support for upgrades and maintenance windows.
