Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in Ireland’s Leinster region is seeking a Customer Success professional to support ERP modules across Accounting, Stock, CRM, E‑Commerce, BI and Supply Chain. You will help customers extract maximum value from the ERP system, handling technical and operational queries and documenting issues for resolution.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of accounting software or ERP, and a degree in CS/Accounting/Business, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day working knowledge of Accounting, ERP or Business Management software.
• A degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Business.
• Good knowledge of financial and management reporting, or strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with technical and operational queries across ERP modules and BI/CRM/integrations.
• Document issues and work towards the optimal solution for the customer.
• Translate business requirements into technical information and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and cross‑functional peers.

Job description

You'll support a range of Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within an established ERP software solution, working as part of a growing Customer Success team. The mission is straightforward: give customers the support and services they need to get the most out of their ERP software.

What you'll do

• Support a growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes
• Respond to system operation enquiries, document issues and work towards the optimal solution
• Use creative thinking and problem-solving to resolve technical scenarios
• Work across multiple ERP modules and integrated business systems

What we're looking for

You'll need at least one of the following:

• Day-to-day working knowledge of Accounting, ERP or Business Management software
• A degree or third-level qualification in Computer Science, Accounting or Business
• Good knowledge of financial and management reporting, or strong financial acumen

Alongside:

• A systematic approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills
• Initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage the customer experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information

Nice to have (training provided)

FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST API, SOAP, SoapUI, Postman, Excel and CSV files third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence hands-on experience with accounting or ERP software financial and management reporting knowledge
