Job summary

TechHeads in Dublin is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on ERP systems and integrations.

You’ll work hands-on to investigate problems beyond the user interface using SQL, APIs, logs and Postman, owning issues end-to-end.

This role offers technical variety and the opportunity to deepen ERP and integration expertise within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' IT experience in technical roles.
• Experience supporting an ERP system.
• Strong SQL querying skills (joins, filtering, aggregation).
• Experience troubleshooting REST and/or SOAP APIs using Postman or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across ERP systems, business applications and B2B integrations.
• Investigate and resolve application, transactional and performance issues in live production environments.
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, web services, integrations and data feeds.
• Use SQL to investigate issues, reconcile data and validate transactions.
• Test APIs using Postman, analyze payloads and responses.
• Trace transactions across apps, APIs, integrations and ERP systems to locate issues.
• Investigate master data and configuration issues and support data problems.
• Manage incidents and changes through ITSM with SLAs and change processes.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Produce root cause analyses, technical documentation and SOPs.
