Job summary

nineDots.io is looking for an entry-level IT Operations Support person to join our team in Dublin. You will help keep internal IT systems running smoothly, support hardware, software, networking, and meeting room technology, and learn from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

This role offers practical, hands-on experience across laptops, AV systems, Zoom/Teams, and office IT, with mentoring and opportunities to take on projects as you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IT hardware and devices.
• Willingness to learn and develop IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up laptops and IT equipment for new staff.
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Support meeting room tech including Teams, Zoom and AV systems.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure and devices.
• Participate in projects to improve internal tech and systems.
• Assist senior engineers with complex issues.
• Learn networks, software, hardware and digital communications.
