Job summary

nineDots.io is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams across developer tooling, platform engineering and security. You will shape technical direction while staying close to engineering work, discussing architecture and guiding principal engineers.

The role is remote-first across Ireland and the UK, with equity and strong benefits. You’ll work with senior engineers, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product to plan and execute on strategic initiatives for a scalable, secure

Qualifications

Experience leading multiple engineering teams in developer tooling, platform engineering or security products.
Software engineering background with leadership experience.
Strong understanding of cloud-native SaaS architectures and CI/CD practices.
Proven ability to influence technical direction and coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering new product capabilities for a cloud-native SaaS platform.
Balance people leadership, technical oversight and delivery across teams.
Partner with Product to translate business priorities into engineering plans.
Support hiring and scale the engineering organization; improve processes as the platform grows.
