Shopify Inc. is seeking an Enterprise SDR in Ireland to focus on a curated set of complex EMEA accounts. You will research, articulate a clear why-now, map buying groups, and craft personalised outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, gifting, and partner motions.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to generate qualified pipeline while protecting a positive prospect experience and avoiding overlap in outreach. Role emphasizes depth over volume.

Formación

• Proficiency in English is required for all roles; native or bilingual Spanish and either French or Italian is required.
• Ability to build relationships and advance opportunities.
• Strong business curiosity and quick understanding of prospect context.
• Excellent written communication and confident phone engagement.
• Fluency with AI tooling.
• Judgment on account prioritization and personalization.
• Excellent time management and adaptability.
• Collaborative with AEs and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to use data and performance signals to improve outreach.
• Strong CRM discipline and ownership of work.
• Shopify product knowledge or ability to learn quickly across Shop Pay, POS, and B2B.

Responsabilidades

• Build account-level hypotheses using signals from business, technology, engagement and relationships.
• Map and validate multiple stakeholders across ecommerce, payments, finance, retail operations, IT and leadership.
• Create highly personalised multichannel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events and partner motions.
• Activate plays and campaigns for priority prospects and relevant opportunities.
• Run early qualification to understand fit, priorities and timing.
• Deliver clear handoffs to AE to advance opportunities.
• Coordinate with account teams to avoid overlap or fatigue.
• Test new approaches and share market feedback.
