Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with professional level communication.
• 2+ years in fast-paced software or SaaS sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience.
• Based in Dublin and ready to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across Spain.
• Partner directly with an Enterprise Account Executive to map target accounts and plan call strategies.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and social outreach to uncover workflow challenges.
• Conduct daily high-volume activities including pre-call research and steady follow-up.
• Contribute to training sessions and help optimize outbound processes.
• Maintain accurate lead and account histories in Salesforce.
