Job summary

Procore Technologies Construction Software Limited in Dublin is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth and build a pipeline in the EMEA region. You’ll work with Account Executives, map target accounts, plan call strategies, and engage construction professionals through phone, email, and social outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life and career experience.
• Direct exposure to, or strong interest in, construction/engineering/property development ecosystems.
• Documented track record of hitting targets in sales, sports, or academics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit (e.g., university society, side-hustle, or independent projects).

Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint.
• Partner directly with Account Executives as a strategic pod and plan target accounts.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and social outreach to identify workflow challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct daily high-volume activities including pre-call research, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Contribute to training sessions and help optimize outbound processes.
