Job summary

Procore in Dublin is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth within the EMEA market. You will partner with Account Executives, map target accounts, and execute high-volume outbound strategies across phone, email, and social channels.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in SaaS sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a track record of meeting targets in dynamic environments. This onsite Dublin role includes competitive base pay and OT earnings, with potential equity

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales role.
• Entrepreneurial spirit—experience running your own university society, side-hustle, or independent projects.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, or property development ecosystems.
• Track record of hitting targets in sales, sports, or academics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and career experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint across the territory.
• Partner with Account Executives as a strategic pod to map target accounts and plan call strategies.
• Master outbound engagement through phone, email, and social channels.
• Own your day with high-volume prospecting and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain lead details and opportunities in Salesforce.
