Procore is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join our Dublin-based sales team. You will source high-quality opportunities, collaborate with an Enterprise Account Executive, and drive outbound engagement across Spain.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 2+ years in fast-paced software sales. You will work onsite in Dublin, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years in fast-paced software/SaaS sales or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life/career experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fuel growth by sourcing high-quality new business opportunities to expand Procore's footprint in Spain.
• Partner directly with an Enterprise Account Executive to map target accounts and plan call strategies.
• Master outbound engagement through phone, email, and social channels to identify opportunities.
• Own your day with high-volume prospecting, pre-call research, and timely follow-ups.
• Operate with autonomy to optimize outbound processes and contribute to training sessions.
• Maintain accurate lead details, opportunities, and account histories in Salesforce.com.
