Responsibilities

• Source and create high-quality opportunities across the territory.
• Partner with Account Executives to map target accounts and plan call strategies.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and social channels.
• Conduct daily high-volume activities including research and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead and account data in Salesforce.
• Contribute to outbound process improvements and training.
