Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead external SaaS rollouts in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end projects, timelines, budgets, and executive stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer-facing PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable software delivery plans; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience leading external, customer-facing SaaS software implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority client projects simultaneously on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise software platforms and align them with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Lead multiple concurrent customer-facing SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for external client leaders, facilitating regular status updates and executive touchpoints.
• Planning & Execution: Build comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Risk & Scope Control: Proactively identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans.
• Solution Alignment: Translate client business requirements into actionable software implementation plans.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Consultants, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
