Job summary

Archer in Limerick invites a Project Manager to join a growing SaaS delivery team. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations, coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Success, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of SaaS solutions in a hybrid role.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and manage a delivery team as the business grows, drive process improvements, and shape customer outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or SaaS implementations.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from planning to go-live.
• Coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
