Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SaaS implementations and drive long-term customer success. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the delivery function and ensure value is delivered throughout the customer journey.

Based in Limerick, Ireland, this hybrid role reports to the COO and focuses on onboarding, delivery within scope, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvement to enable growth and high customer

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process from onboarding to successful delivery.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to align delivery with company goals.
• Define and monitor delivery KPIs and drive process improvements across onboarding and implementations.
• Work closely with the COO to shape delivery strategy and scale the function across the business.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Customer Delivery Manager to join a growing SaaS technology organisation, taking ownership of customer delivery, implementation and long-term customer success. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, building strong customer relationships and ensuring technology solutions deliver real value.

As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring customers are onboarded successfully, projects are delivered on time and within scope, and expectations are managed throughout the customer journey. Working closely with customers and internal teams across Product, Development and Customer Care, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience and driving adoption of the organisation’s SaaS solutions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will have the opportunity to influence how customer delivery operates across the business. From managing multiple implementations and coordinating stakeholders to optimising onboarding processes and establishing delivery KPIs, you will help build a scalable delivery function that supports customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• A strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.
• Up to €80,000 base salary + more benefits
• Performance-based incentives
