Job summary

IT Search in Limerick, Ireland, is hiring a SaaS Implementation Manager for a permanent hybrid role (2-3 days onsite). You will manage customer implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption across UK and Europe.

New SaaS Implementation Manager opportunity with established B2B SaaS product company based in Limerick city

This is a permanent hybrid working role (2-3 days onsite) and salary guide is 70-80K + benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS customer implementations, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope and requirements.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation and delivery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders across UK and Europe
• Coordinate internal product, development and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support customer adoption through training, engagement and change management.
• Establish delivery KPIs and monitor implementation performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, technical project management or a similar
• Experience managing end-to-end software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, data migration and customer onboarding.
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management and CRM platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce or HubSpot.
