Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Technical Implementation Lead based in Ireland to oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, and shipping services. You will guide API integration, data mappings, and security patterns while coordinating with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver reliable solutions.

You will own the implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live, manage multiple projects, and ensure clear scope, timelines, and pricing.

Qualifications

• At least five years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Expert, hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Strong authentication knowledge (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys).
• Proficiency with JSON, data mapping, and SQL, plus testing with Postman/Insomnia.
• Structured troubleshooting: HTTP status codes, rate limits, errors, retries, logs.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, ERP, OMS, WMS integrations and shipping services.
• Experience defining scope, SoWs, and managing multiple projects with clear boundaries.
• Strong stakeholder communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills, plus ability to review AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integrations from discovery through deployment and handover.
• Define and approve SoWs, including go-live dates, forecast volumes, and support.
• Manage multiple projects with milestones, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Developers, and Customer Success for alignment.
• Oversee technical escalations and recovery plans when delays occur.
• Ensure clear technical documentation and governance over custom integrations.
