Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager for a growing SaaS technology business in Limerick. You will own end-to-end customer delivery and implementations, driving long-term success and value for customers while working with senior leadership across Product, Development and Customer Care.

You will oversee onboarding, project delivery, stakeholder management and KPI tracking to optimise the customer journey and adoption of our SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from onboarding to delivery.
• Manage projects on time, within scope and with clear stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to ensure a seamless customer experience.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Customer Delivery Manager to join a growing SaaS technology organisation, taking ownership of customer delivery, implementation and long-term customer success. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, building strong customer relationships and ensuring technology solutions deliver real value.

As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring customers are onboarded successfully, projects are delivered on time and within scope, and expectations are managed throughout the customer journey. Working closely with customers and internal teams across Product, Development and Customer Care, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience and driving adoption of the organisation’s SaaS solutions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will have the opportunity to influence how customer delivery operates across the business. From managing multiple implementations and coordinating stakeholders to optimising onboarding processes and establishing delivery KPIs, you will help build a scalable delivery function that supports customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
