Job summary

eir Business is seeking an Advanced Mobile Sales Specialist to drive growth for our advanced mobile portfolio across Ireland. You will bridge technology and customer engagement, working with Account Directors to identify opportunities in Enterprise, Government and Public Sector segments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile telecommunications, advanced connectivity, IoT, Private Wireless/5G or related technology solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills, with experience identifying customer challenges and translating tech to outcomes.
• Knowledge of IoT technologies including devices/modules, SIM/eSIM, security, connectivity management and IoT platforms.
• Understanding of Private Wireless, enterprise use cases, device ecosystem, security and managed-service considerations.
• Familiarity with 5G Advanced/Standalone and opportunities for differentiated services.
• Knowledge of network slicing, QoS, priority services, network APIs, sidelink and mission-critical comms.
• Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, proposals and customer presentations.
• Strong commercial acumen linking technology to customer value, revenue, margin and growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Mobile Product, and Mobile Networks.
• Ability to communicate advanced mobile tech credibly to both senior business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Telecommunications/Electronic/Computer Engineering is desirable.
• Hold a full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales Engagement with strategic Enterprise, Government and Public Sector customers.
• Lead customer discovery, use-case development, workshops, presentations and demonstrations to translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Build, qualify and progress a strong pipeline of advanced mobile opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Lead opportunities, RFPs, tenders, proposals and presentations with cross-functional resources.
• Work with Mobile Networks, Product, vendors and partners to shape commercially viable solutions.
• Maintain strong knowledge across IoT, Private 5G and 5G Advanced for credible customer discussions.
• Translate network advancements into relevant customer propositions and revenues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Mobile Product, Mobile Networks and wider partner ecosystem.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and market development through insights.
• Create compelling value propositions and sales collateral to drive demand.
