Job summary

Berkley Group seeks a Workday Functional Solution Consultant to deliver and support enterprise Workday engagements across EMEA. The role combines business analysis, technical setup and stakeholder alignment to design functional solutions for enterprise needs.

You will work with Engagement Leads, Architects and client teams to implement and optimise Workday configurations across core HR domains while supporting deployments and AMS activities.

Qualifications

• Active Workday HCM Core certification is required.
• At least one Advanced Workday certification is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience in a full lifecycle Workday deployment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including Hire-to-Retire.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support functional delivery across Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting or Benefits.
• Configure, optimize and maintain Workday Core HCM alongside the assigned modules.
• Build and manage BPF flows, security groups, job architectures and calculated fields.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions to design functional blueprints.
