Job summary

OpenAI in Dublin, Ireland, is hiring an Enterprise Account Associate for EMEA (French Speaking). This role combines enterprise sales exposure with interaction across product, strategy, and customer teams, designed to grow into senior GTM positions.

You will partner with Account Directors, design outbound plays, lead discovery, and help advance complex opportunities for Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise sales
• 2-4 years in a full 360 sales closing role
• Experience selling into regulated industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
• Strong communication and executive presence; ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English and French is required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
• Design and execute targeted Enterprise outbound strategies using industry context and product signals
• Lead high-quality discovery to map priorities and stakeholders
• Contribute to pipeline reviews with outbound activity and account insights
• Build and iterate AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification
