Job summary

Adecco is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer in Dublin for a 3-month contract, onsite five days per week. The role focuses on hands-on end-user support, incident management, and desktop-related technical tasks within a large financial services environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, manage Active Directory accounts, support Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with device imaging and asset management. The position offers strong exposure to enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Deskside/End User Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and imaging skills.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and permissions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software and user issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Assist with device deployments, imaging and asset management.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Collaborate with wider technology teams to resolve issues.
