Job summary

Experian is seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead our accounts within the Financial Services sector. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will drive growth, engagement, and revenue generation for our key clients.

Your role will involve strategic upselling, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions from our suite of world-class Decisioning software, Credit Bureau data, Open Banking Solutions, and Fraud & ID offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience dealing with Enterprise accounts.
• History in complex sales and understanding complex solutions.
• Works with an enthusiastic outlook and a strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation
• Lead and expand relationships with our largest clients in the Alternative Finance sector
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business prospects
• Taking the commercial lead in achieving positive bidding outcomes
• Align Experian's value propositions with client business drivers
• Champion Experian values
• Maintaining and growing the existing revenue footprint within the Enterprise accounts
• Maintaining a Client Focus
• Deliver exceptional Client Focus, targeting industry leading Net Promoter Score achievement
• Become a Trusted Advisor and go-to Subject Matter Expert for your customers, participating in the development of key solutions to make their business more successful
