Job summary

Wayflyer is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from sourcing leads to closing deals with leading consumer brands. You will conduct discovery calls, collaborate with our underwriting team to move quickly, and negotiate win-win terms.

Success requires MEDDPICC fluency, a proven SaaS/FinTech sales background, and a track record of exceeding targets. This hybrid role is based in Dublin or London, with substantial in-office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Full sales cycle experience across SaaS/FinTech deals.
• MEDDPICC familiarity required.
• Ability to source pipeline and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls and MEDDPICC-driven processes.
• Work with underwriting to move fast without sacrificing rigor.
• Negotiate deals that work for both sides and close confidently.
