Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Athlone engineering desk. You will own a full 360 recruitment process for engineering and manufacturing roles, sourcing candidates, delivering, and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ agency recruitment experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Proven experience operating a 360 Recruitment desk.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
• Commercially minded, target-driven and proactive.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk within the Engineering market.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement.
• Source, engage and manage Engineering and Manufacturing candidates.
• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Lead client meetings, take detailed briefs and advise on the candidate market.
• Proactively identify, approach and develop new business opportunities.
• Build a strong candidate network within your specialist market.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work towards agreed individual and team revenue targets.
