You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities and build talent pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' professional recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical/biomedical/medical device industries.
• Experience recruiting engineering/technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday aligned with US East Coast hours.

Aufgaben

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles in pharma/biomedical sectors.
• Collaborate with Ireland and US-based hiring managers to define requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialist engineering talent.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and industry networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews; maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones.
• Manage offers, salary expectations, references and pre-employment checks.
• Provide market intelligence and regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
