Mastercard BE&O team is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for full stack applications, APIs, data processing, and analytics services. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with Product and cross-regional teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including hands on experience designing and delivering production software in an agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing software engineers.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong full stack engineering background with modern development practices.
• Experience with data intensive applications and analytics platforms.

• Build, lead, and develop a high performing team of software engineers.

• Lead the delivery of complex software initiatives from planning through release, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and high quality outcomes.
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical strategy, delivery plans, and execution milestones.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, system design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on execution when needed.
