Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive high-performance Java applications within our Cyber Security Services platform. You will lead backend development, define features with engineers and analysts, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural planning while embracing Agile practices and cloud-native approaches.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Java 1.8+ and backend services.
• Solid experience with SAFe/Agile methods.
• Experience integrating vendor/open-source products into systems.
• Hands-on with cloud microservices and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, JSON and SQL.

Responsibilities
