Job summary

Stantec Ireland is seeking engineers and project managers to join our Energy team, delivering high voltage transmission and renewable energy projects across substations, cables, OHL, offshore wind, and related infrastructure.

You will work with clients, developers and EPC contractors to plan, design, review and deliver complex projects, coordinating design disciplines and ensuring project programmes stay on track.

Qualifications

• A Level 8 minimum degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in HV, transmission or renewable energy.
• Experience across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, SCADA, HV or project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, site assessments, technical evaluations and reports for transmission and renewable energy projects.
• Develop technical specifications, tender documentation and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams and manage technical design reviews.
• Provide technical input into procurement of materials, equipment and systems.
• Support site inspections, construction supervision and project delivery.
