Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking skilled Engineers and Project Managers to join the Energy team in Ireland, Galway.
Roles cover Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, SCADA and Project Management with experience in High Voltage transmission and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, technical evaluations, design reviews and procurement support, working with EPC contractors and clients to deliver HV substations, cables, OHLs and offshore wind
Qualifications
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure.
- Strong background in HV transmission or renewable energy projects.
- Experience across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, SCADA or project management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility studies, site assessments, technical evaluations and reports for transmission and renewable energy projects.
- Develop technical specifications, tender documentation and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical inputs from internal/external sources.
- Undertake technical design reviews of EPC contractor designs and commissioning test plans.
