Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking part-time staff to supervise and engage school-age children at on-site clubs in primary schools. You will supervise activities, assist with homework, and lead structured as well as enjoyable outdoor/indoor games each day, bringing energy and enthusiasm.

Garda vetting is arranged after the interview, and two written references are required before starting. The role runs Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons, aligning with school schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
