Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs tailored to primary school children. On-site at schools, our programs include structured daily activities, with a focus on engaging learning experiences and family support.

Role involves supervising children, assisting with homework, and delivering planned activities with energy and enthusiasm. Garda vetting and references required; part-time hours align with school terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children (min 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Garda vetting completed by us after interview stage.
• Two written references before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (indoor and outdoor).
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean and inclusive environment.
