Job summary

Clio is seeking an experienced Employee Relations expert to lead EMEA ER across Spain, UK, Ireland, and beyond. You will own end-to-end ER matters, conduct thorough investigations, and advise leaders on disciplinary and performance processes within local laws.

This role emphasizes strong collaboration with legal and People Partners, governing compliance programs and engaging with employee representatives, unions, and works councils as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR Compliance across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Experience leading workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and interaction with employee representatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Employee Relations caseload across multiple countries, handling intake, investigation, resolution, and documentation.
• Lead workplace investigations with impartial, legally sound findings and recommendations.
• Advise managers on disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, and terminations within local law.
