Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support managers and HR staff on complex cases and ER issues, advising on disciplinaries, grievances, and equality matters, while engaging with unions.

You will lead investigations, drive IR strategy across functions, develop HR policies through an IR lens, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to embed best practice across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in a senior industrial relations role within a large, unionised organisation.
• Experience engaging and negotiating with trade unions at senior level.
• Experience coaching and advising senior leaders on complex Industrial Relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER/IR strategy delivery across Uisce Éireann and other functions.
• Lead investigations under and in accordance with ER/IR policies.
• Advise management on development and interpretation of Industrial and Employee relations policies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to implement ER/IR practices across the business.
