Qualifications

• 3+ years’ HR experience
• Exposure to employee relations/case management
• Strong employment law knowledge and ER skills
• Excellent written skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across business areas, providing practical HR advice and guidance
• Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary processes
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in people management
• Support HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement
• Use HR data and reporting to provide insights and support decision-making
