Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in consulting or professional services leadership with multi-country delivery experience.
• Deep Workday expertise and understanding of enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven ability to drive regional revenue, margins, utilization, and backlog targets.

Aufgaben

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning regional financial performance and forecasting.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with global objectives and growth goals.
• Partner with Sales and alliance teams to drive pipeline, pricing, and contract reviews.
• Oversee delivery of Workday implementations and managed services with governance frameworks.
• Manage executive client relationships and act as sponsor for strategic accounts.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional leadership team across EMEA.
• Coordinate joint account planning with regional Workday leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with global leaders to optimize capacity and drive scalable growth.
