Jobgether SRL in Ireland is seeking a Global Director – Accounts Payable to lead the global Procure-to-Pay function, overseeing AP, procurement operations, and governance across multiple countries and entities. You will establish consistent policies, strengthen internal controls, and ensure purchasing and payment processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, P2P operations, shared services, or finance process leadership.
• Global experience across multiple countries or entities is required.
• Strong understanding of the P2P lifecycle across supplier onboarding, purchasing controls, PO, invoicing, payment workflows, and vendor governance.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, workflow automation, and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Procure-to-Pay operations end-to-end, including procurement requests, vendor onboarding, PO processing, invoice handling, and payment execution.
• Develop and enforce global procurement and AP policies, procedures, and SLAs across locations.
• Strengthen financial controls, vendor data integrity, and fraud prevention. Ensure compliance and risk management.
• Drive centralization, standardization, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee ERP-enabled controls, procurement tools, vendor portals, OCR, PO matching, and T&E integrations.
• Monitor shared services performance, including productivity, turnaround times, and PO compliance.
• Manage corporate card and expense processes, including policy adherence and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Support acquisitions by integrating procurement/AP processes and migrating vendor data.
• Improve reporting and financial visibility for FP&A, cash management, and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for governance improvements and scalable processes.
