Qualifications

• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS region or BU.
• Managed multi-motion sales within a single organization.
• Built full-cycle seller organizations of 50+ sales reps with codified playbooks and coaching.
• Direct experience in PLG-to-enterprise environments where sales-led and product-led motions coexist.
• Integrated AI into sales operating rhythms with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on ClickUp's PLG flywheel to convert product-led adoption into sales-led revenue at scale.
• Deploy land-and-expand across accounts with platform, solution, expansion, transactional, and renewal motions.
• Design account maturity models to ensure top accounts stay with top people.
• Engage in executive-level strategic deals shaping the region's trajectory.
• Represent ClickUp as the face of the company in EMEA to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, rapid execution, and direct communication.
