Job summary

TikTok is seeking a motivated EMEA Talent Acquisition Graduate to join the team in Dublin, Ireland, starting in 2027. You will support AI Data Service and Operations hiring across the EMEA region, delivering high-quality candidates and an exceptional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders globally, shape talent acquisition processes, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders based in English and Mandarin-speaking markets (where English proficiency may be limited).
• Hi-tech industry experience will be a plus.
• Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline is an advantage.

• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• End to end management of the recruiting full cycle. Sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding process, etc.
• Work across country and business unit leaders as well as the local operation teams to understand relevant local best practices.
• Develop standard operation procedure (SOP) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
