Job summary

TikTok Ireland is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition partner to recruit for AI Data Service and Operations across the EMEA region. You will build end-to-end recruitment solutions, collaborate with stakeholders globally, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while supporting hiring processes and data-driven insights.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication with all levels.
• Self-starter, result-oriented, resourceful and proactive.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for interaction with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience to deliver quality candidates.
• End-to-end management of the recruiting full cycle: sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding.
• Collaborate with country and business unit leaders, and local operation teams to apply best practices.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
