MarketStar in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Sales Team Leader to launch and scale a new team working with Mailchimp. You will lead, coach, and grow a talented crew responsible for inbound and outbound opportunities, while aligning with MarketStar and client values.

This role demands a smart, driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and can balance coaching with performance execution. Hybrid office presence in Leopardstown is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and proven ability to coach and lead a sales team.
• Experience managing or coaching sales reps in tech.
• Strong presenting, listening and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to targets and KPIs.
• Gather understanding of client offerings to enable the team across EMEA territories.
• Increase team effectiveness by creating new systems, structures, and processes.
• Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
• Drive thought leadership within a wider sales team.
• Adhere to client-driven team goals and agreements.
• Own day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact.
• Handle performance discipline, scheduling, attendance, and evaluations.
