MarketStar is hiring a Sales Team Leader in Dublin to launch and scale a high-caliber EMEA team, working with Mailchimp. You will lead, coach and grow a group responsible for inbound and outbound opportunities while upholding MarketStar’s values.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic execution in a fast-paced tech environment. Location is hybrid in Leopardstown, with in-office days Tue and Thu.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years managing or coaching sales reps in the technology sector.
• Experience in full sales cycle or developing new business through prospecting.
• Thrives in a high-energy environment and solves problems proactively.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Strong communication and critical thinking.
• Able to build new processes and systems.
• Ability to streamline workflows to increase team effectiveness.
• Customer-oriented with motivation and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hands-on approach while adapting to client demands and strategies.
• Coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple disciplines to targets and KPIs.
• Gain understanding of client offerings to enable the team across EMEA territories.
• Improve team effectiveness by creating new systems, structures and processes.
• Foster a culture of focus, teamwork and high performance.
• Provide thought leadership within the wider sales team.
• Align with client goals as agreed.
• Own day-to-day operations in partnership with the client.
• Manage performance discipline, scheduling, attendance and evaluations.
