Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or coaching sales reps in tech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies across EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of sales agents.
• Manage inbound and outbound opportunities to hit KPIs.
• Understand client offerings to enable team across territories.
• Create processes to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Own day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact.
• Handle performance discipline and scheduling.
