MarketStar is seeking a Sales Team Leader in Dublin, hybrid position, to build and coach an EMEA sales team working with Mailchimp. You will drive inbound/outbound strategies, develop talent, and align with client expectations in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role requires 2+ years of coaching sales reps, experience across the technology sector, and a track record in managing full sales cycles. Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching sales reps across the technology sector.
• Experience managing full sales cycle or developing new business through prospection.
• Thrives in a high-energy environment with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hands-on approach while adapting to client demands and strategies.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to targets and KPIs.
• Understand client offerings to enable team across EMEA territories.
• Improve team effectiveness by creating new processes and workflows.
• Foster a culture of focus, teamwork, and high performance.
• Lead thought leadership within the sales team and align with client goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with client contact and manage scheduling, attendance, and evaluations.
